The Haunted Wood
The Haunted Wood LTD., is a seasonal haunted house attraction created and operated by David Ludick. He started his scary enterprise at the age of 10, when he built a spooky path in his backyard. In 2010, 500 people were traipsing through his backyard a night, so he negotiated a deal with the city of Aurora, Ohio, to create a haunted attraction. Since then, he has worked with Portage County's Community Action Council, Chagrin Falls High School, and The Chagrin Academy for the Performing Arts to create scary experiences. In 2018, The Haunted Wood included two haunted attractions, a path over a mile long, and an indoor, toy store themed haunt. David worked alongside the Chagrin Academy for the Performing Arts to educate students on business, set building, acting, improvisational performance, story telling, practical special effects, and special effects makeup.

DJ David/ DJ Charliebrown
As someone who enjoys music and performing, David thought it would be a great idea to create a new type of DJ entertainment. Through music selection, lighting, special effects, pyrotechnics, and audience participation, David encourages all audiences to join the dance floor.
On Site Ice Cream Carts
This video was created for one of David's entrepreneurship classes at Kent State University. Students were assigned to film a 2 minute pitch for a simple business. David decided to pitch the age old adage "All it takes to succeed is a well placed ice cream stand." Using humor and personal flair, David not only got an A for his video, but his submission is used as a example for students working on this assignment to this day.
